The conference did not recommend a legally binding international labour standard on global supply chain practices. ILC ILO is an annual event. Upah Minimum Pada 2013, terjadi kenaikan upah minimum kota/kabupaten dan provinsi di Jakarta dan Jawa Barat sebesar 40 persen. Provinsi terluar seperti Papua dan Sumatera Utara hanya mengalami kenaikan sebesar 7,9 persen dan 8,8 persen. Provinsi kaya minyak Kalimantan Timur, pada tahun 2013 menikmati kenaikan upah minimum dari Rp 1,1 juta menjadi Rp 1,7 juta.
